We’re excited to celebrate the arrival of our new Scholastic Book Vending Machine at DES and the first two students to receive golden tokens!

This incredible addition is more than just a fun way to get books — it’s a powerful tool for building a love of reading and recognizing our DES Eagles for making great choices every day

The photos from DES prom are now live to view and purchase. There are many options for prints, digitals, and print packages. You may also Venmo Kaycon00 $50 for all photos of one child if in more than digital packages allow. Please include the file number of a photo of your child and your email, and we will find the files your child is in. The kids were fantastic and looked adorable! My two assistants loved every minute of working with them too!

Teacher Appreciation Week

From parfaits to lunches to hydration stations, this week was all about celebrating the incredible staff who pour so much into our kids every single day.

Thank you for the patience, heart, energy, and magic you bring into the classrooms even on the chaos confetti days. We appreciate you more than a week could ever capture!

Book Fair

❄️📚 Two snow days tried to steal the spotlight, but our PTO still pulled off the Book Fair anyway.

Shorter week, big effort, and a whole lot of heart. Grateful for a community that shows up even when the forecast says otherwise!
